I just completed a large HOA project with EmpireWorks. From start to finish the project moved at a great pace with very few homeowner complaints. The team was professional with the owners and residents and made sure to contact me to share any concerns. Communication in large projects is KEY and our project rep Sarah Marin was always available by phone or email and met me on site multiple times to walk and do progress reports. As with any project of this size touch ups were needed, I was given dates and times these touch ups would be completed and they did exactly what they said they would. I appreciate the professional courtesy and integrity this company shows.
I will bid them on large projects again and hope my future boards will take into consideration this wonderful experience.
